Maven Youth Tech Summer Camps

PFLAG Middletown is pleased to spread the word about a great opportunity for LGBTQ+ youth. Maven Youth is hosting Tech Summer Camps for LGBTQ+ youth and allies, to help them get ahead in the tech industry!

Maven Youth's goal is to provide resources and the tools needed to succeed in the tech industry as an LGBTQ+ young person. This summer (more specifically during the months of June and July), they will be hosting free online tech camps for LGBTQ+ youth and allies. No prior coding/tech experience is required! They will provide the necessary information and instruction in order to set a strong coding foundation and to execute a final project.

They are looking for queer youth who may be interested in pursuing a career in tech and who will be 100% committed to our program. Camps usually last 2 weeks and are between 3-4 hours a day from Monday through Friday.
